General Conditions
The present general terms and conditions of sale are agreed upon between Surprise Sphere Unipessoal Lda, headquartered at Rua Luís da Costa e Almeida, 6, 3030-163 Coimbra, NIPC 515365807, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Coimbra under the same number, with the contact info@bebegui.com hereinafter referred to as Bebegui and the people who wish to make purchases through the website www.bebegui.com hereinafter referred to as “consumer.”
For orders placed by customers in our online store www.bebegui.com exclusively the following general conditions apply.
In our online store, the consumer will find items for babies, children, and related to pregnancy and parenting. The online sale of our products is retail only. If you wish to resell our products, you must request commercial conditions at: info@bebegui.com
By providing our online store, we do not make any binding offer for the conclusion of any contract regarding these products.
The prices listed on this website are exclusive for online transactions. Installation service is not included in person or remotely. The installation service, if the customer wishes, and if there is technical possibility and availability from the store, can be purchased at an additional cost. (consult the store to know the value)
There is no return for services provided in-store or remotely.
The offer to enter into a purchase contract is made by the consumer, as a customer, by clicking the order button in the final step of the order process for the products contained in the shopping cart. For this, a confirmation window is presented with the details of your order before completing the process, where you can check and correct your entries before clicking the order button. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email (order confirmation), which does not represent acceptance of the offer.
The contract is concluded when www.bebegui.com accepts the offer, either by sending the products and issuing the invoice-receipt. This also applies when the consumer, due to the chosen payment method, has already paid the purchase price before the contract is concluded or has authorized the payment.
If www.bebegui.com cannot accept the order due to lack of availability of goods or if the contract is not concluded for other reasons, namely legal imperatives, we will refund the consumer for the advance payment.
Prices are periodically reviewed on our website, but if Bebegui detects that any item is priced below cost, we reserve the right not to supply it and to refund the customer any amounts paid as an order for the product/advance.
The indicated prices are fixed prices in euros, including the legally applicable value-added tax (VAT). VAT reimbursement is excluded. Shipping costs must be added to the prices.
For customers who reserve products through a deposit, and the product is held in their name, if they cancel the order more than 15 days after confirming the order with Bebegui, they will incur a penalty of 30% of the product's value.
We reserve the ownership of the products until they are fully paid for.
Whenever the customer receives an order sent by www.bebegui.com they should pay attention to the condition of the packaging delivered by the carrier.
If the package shows signs of possible damage, the customer should:
- note the visible damage on the shipping guide presented by the carrier
- take a photo of the damage and the carrier's guide (both together)
- REFUSE the order due to damage to the packaging.
- We do not accept returns of orders whose boxes show signs of damage and have been accepted by the customer on the delivery date.
- contact us immediately at the email: info@bebegui.com indicating that the order was refused due to damaged packaging and attach the collected photos.
