The shipping cost of the products is calculated at the final stage of the order, and if there are any transportation charges, they are added to the total of your order.

Delivery is free in mainland Portugal for orders over €85.
The usual delivery time in mainland Portugal is 2 - 3 business days, except for items temporarily out of stock, or during periods of widespread transportation constraints.


Whenever the customer receives an order sent by www.bebegui.com they should pay attention to the condition of the package delivered by the carrier.

​If the package shows signs of possible damage, the customer should: 

  • note the visible damages on the delivery note provided by the carrier
  • take a photo of the damages and the carrier's delivery note (both together)
  • REFUSE the order due to package damage.
  • We do not accept returns of orders with boxes showing signs of damage that have been accepted by the customer on the delivery date.
  • immediately contact via email: info@bebegui.com stating that the order was REFUSED due to damaged packaging and attach the collected photos.

 

Right of Withdrawal

  • You may request a return within 14 days (consecutive) after the delivery of the order.
  • We do not accept returns of products whose boxes have been opened.
  • We do not accept returns of products that have been assembled or installed.
  • We do not accept returns of used products.
  • We do not accept returns of products not in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns of personalized products, services rendered, or digital products.
  • We do not accept returns of products without tags.
  • We do not accept returns of products not in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns of products without the respective manuals, accessories, and warranty documentation sent with the product.
  • According to current legislation, you must return the products within the cancellation period.
  • The costs of the return will be borne by the buyer.
  • The return must be made to our address, as stated in the sales document issued to the client and indicated on this website. 
  • We do not accept returns of products that are damaged, with opened packaging, damaged protective plastics (damaged / torn), removed tags, cut closing ties, or signs of use.
  • When returning the products you purchased, you must also return any products that were sent and billed as "gift with purchase" of the original product you wish to return.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm that it is correct, not damaged, and without signs of use, we will issue a refund (deducted by the return and repackaging costs, when applicable) preferably using the same method the customer used for payment.
  • If upon receiving the product, it is damaged (proven to be a product defect), a new item in perfect condition will be sent to you in exchange for the damaged one, provided you make the claim within the first 24 hours from the receipt of the order to our email: info@bebegui.com
